Our Story

Originally from San Diego, I’ve always had a passion for not just good Mexican food but great Mexican food. It doesn’t need to be complex, in fact the simpler the better. I want to be able to taste all of the ingredients.

Being able to enjoy great tacos with family and friends always brought about great times. It was the cooking and sharing of steak, chicken, veggies, salsas, and stories that made the times the greatest. It didn’t hurt having a few margaritas as well.

As a husband and now father of 2 daughters I know things can get hectic and time consuming, however I still wanted to make time for them and what better way than to have a meal of great tasting tacos, guacamole, esquite, or beans ready in 10 minutes?
